“Regardless of one’s background and life experiences, it takes a tremendous amount of courage to reach out for assistance when life becomes too heavy.  Many times throughout our lives, we can become confused and overwhelmed by the twists and turns life brings us. I believe therapy should be a place where a person can come as they are, share their real self and fine empathy, acceptance, and encouragement for growth. I strive to provide a collaborative therapeutic environment to help you rediscover their strengths and abilities, and ultimately taking that next step on their personal journey towards wholeness. I believe healing doesn’t mean the damage never existed, it means the damage no longer controls your life.”
