Sarah Bargar, LCSW, completed her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Utah in 2016.  Prior to Grandview, Sarah worked as a therapist for a non-profit organization and provided school-based therapeutic services.  She has training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR to help her clients process and move through their trauma in an effective and supported way.  Sarah is passionate about mindfulness and creating a space for her clients to heal and create healthy patterns in their lives.  She strives to help her clients feel empowered and to step into their own power to effect change. She has experience working with a variety of mental health challenges and is dedicated to her client’s progress and helping build on their strengths.
